Handling of Physical Cameras and Customer Property

Because our re-leathering service requires customers to send in physical cameras, we want to be transparent about how we handle your property while it is in our possession.

Physical care: Your camera will be handled with care and used only for the purpose of completing your re-leathering order. We do not use, test, or alter your camera beyond what is necessary to complete the service.
No data access: We do not access, copy, retain, or transmit any photos, videos, personal files, or other data that may be stored on your camera or any memory card. If a memory card is included with your shipment, we recommend removing it before sending your camera in, as we are not responsible for any data stored on included media.
Return of property: Your camera will be returned to you promptly upon completion of your order. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or defects that are not related to the releathering service.
