Welcome to Studio Jebi! Studio Jebi is a trade name of Sanlee LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Studio Jebi. Studio Jebi operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Studio Jebi is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Studio Jebi offers camera leatherette covers and professional camera releathering services. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type, settings, and configuration. Leatherette textures and colors may vary slightly between production batches.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be identical to depictions in our online store.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - CAMERA RELEATHERING SERVICES
Studio Jebi offers two service options: purchasing a leatherette cover for self-installation, or sending your camera to us for professional installation.
Leatherette cover only: If you purchase a leatherette cover for self-installation, the product will be shipped directly to you. Please refer to our FAQ and product listings for guidance on preparation and installation. Studio Jebi is not responsible for any damage resulting from self-installation. Returns and refunds for leatherette covers are subject to our Return Policy. Please note that leatherette covers that have been cut, trimmed, applied, or otherwise altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.
Professional installation service: If you choose to send your camera to Studio Jebi for installation, you represent that you own the camera or have the authority to authorize the service on behalf of the owner. We recommend removing any memory cards, film, and personal accessories before shipping your camera to us. We are not responsible for any data, media, or accessories included with your shipment.
While we take every precaution to handle your camera with care, Studio Jebi is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or mechanical issues unrelated to the releathering process. The service fee is non-refundable once installation has been completed. If there was a defect with the installation or the wrong leatherette was applied, we will remedy the issue at no additional cost to you, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving your camera back.
Service timelines are estimates only. If your selected leatherette is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or adjusted timelines before proceeding.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Studio Jebi reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Studio Jebi confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Studio Jebi may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Studio Jebi has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes and fees.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays, including those caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
For releathering service orders, you are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping your camera to Studio Jebi. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Studio Jebi is not responsible for cameras lost or damaged in transit to us.
Once we transfer products or completed service orders to the carrier for return shipment, title and risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Studio Jebi, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Studio Jebi.
Studio Jebi's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Studio Jebi or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control or input over. We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or representations of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites. If you leave the Services to access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. Complaints or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third party.
SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Studio Jebi is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Studio Jebi. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Studio Jebi, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Studio Jebi.
SECTION 11 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information about your use of the Services. Review our Privacy Policy for more details.
SECTION 12 - FEEDBACK
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, or reviews (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to all Feedback, and that your Feedback complies with these Terms. We are under no obligation to maintain your Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for it, or respond to it.
We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for any Feedback you submit and its accuracy.
SECTION 13 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice.

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any applicable laws or regulations; (c) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) to harass, harm, defame, or intimidate any person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send junk mail, spam, or other unsolicited solicitations; (g) to impersonate any person or entity; or (h) to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms.
SECTION 15 - AGENTS
This section applies if you use, allow, or enable any autonomous or semi-autonomous software ("Agent") to access or interact with the Services. No Agent may access the Services unless it identifies itself in all HTTP/HTTPS requests via the user agent string as "Agent/[agent name]", does not mimic human behavior or circumvent CAPTCHAs, responds truthfully when asked whether interactions are from a human or computer, and does not circumvent any measures intended to block or limit Agent access. We may limit Agent access by technical means at any time.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Privacy Policy will survive termination.
SECTION 17 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY STUDIO JEBI, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, STUDIO JEBI, A TRADE NAME OF SANLEE LLC, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Studio Jebi, a trade name of Sanlee LLC, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent.
SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
SECTION 21 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio Jebi and govern your use of the Services.
SECTION 22 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign this agreement or any of your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.
SECTION 23 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. You and Studio Jebi consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts of Ohio.
SECTION 24 - HEADINGS
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 25 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
